POOL MAINTENANCE

Water Testing:

Test and adjust the chemical levels

Record test results and any adjustments made during scheduled visits

Chemical Addition:

Add necessary chemicals to balance your pool water.

Weekly chemistry intake will be updated on monthly invoice summary

Check & Balance of All Chemicals:

Total chlorine, bromine, free chlorine, salt levels, pH, calcium, alkalinity & cyanuric acid

Salt is additional as needed at the cost of $12 per 40lb bag.

Phosphate Remover:

is a chemical that gets applied when the hose water gets put into the pool that helps preserve the chemicals added.

Skimming & Cleaning:

Removal of debris from the water's surface using a skimmer net.

Removal of debris from skimmer baskets & pump baskets.

Brush and Tile Cleaning:

Brushing of the pool walls, steps, benches, & floor to prevent algae buildup.

Brushing of tiles along the waterline to remove stains & scaling.

Vacuuming:

Vacuum of the pool floor to remove dirt & debris.

Use of manual or automatic vacuums

Filter Maintenance:

Inspect and clean or backwash the pool filter once a month

Check for proper filter operation.

Pump & Equipment Check:

Inspect and test your pool pump for proper operation.

Check for leaks or unusual noises.

Ensure that the heater (if applicable) is functioning correctly.

Salt Cell:

Function:

The salt cell (or salt chlorinator cell) is a crucial component in a saltwater pool system that generates chlorine from salt to keep the pool water clean.

Maintenance Needs:

Over time, salt cells can accumulate calcium & other debris that may reduce their efficiency and lead to higher energy consumption or damage. (Additional Charges apply)

Monitor and adjust the water level to ensure it is within the recommended range.

Record Keeping:

Document all services performed, chemical levels, and any issues or repairs needed.

Communicate with the pool owner about any findings or recommendations.

Safety Check:

We ensure all safety equipment such as pool covers & pool barriers are in operating condition.

Check for any potential hazards around the pool area.

Customer Communication:

Discuss any concerns or special requests from the pool owner.

Provide updates on the pool's condition and any upcoming maintenance needs.

Equipment Operation:

Ensure that all automated systems, such as cleaners and timers, are functioning properly.

Check the overall condition of the pool & equipment.

Look for any visible leak & signs of damage or wear.

LAWN MAINTENACE

Pre-Work Inspection:

Assess the condition of the lawn & any potential obstacles.

Identify any specific customer requests or areas of concern.

Lawn Mowing:

Mow the lawn to the preferred height, following the industry standards.

Adjust mower settings based on grass type & conditions.

Trimming:

Trim grass around obstacles such as trees, posts, curbing, swales, & fences.

Carefully trim around trees, shrubs, and plants to avoid damaging them.

Flower Beds

Weed trimming to remove weeds from the flower bed.

Edge along flower beds, walkways, and driveways to create crisp, defined borders.

Edging

Edge around sidewalks, driveways & swales to create clean lines.

Maintain a neat finish by clearing any overgrown grass or weeds from the edges.

Blowing

Use a blower to remove the grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces.

Hedging: (Quarterly)

Shaping and trimming of hedges and shrubs. Maintenance of hedge height and density. Removal of overgrown or dead branches.

Perform a final walk-through to ensure that all tasks are completed and the property meets quality standards.
